Now the question becomes who takes a run at Wilson, if anyone, for that hit? A five for fighting +2 for roughing is a steep price for payback, is it worth it?

Ya know . . . . seeing other hits in 2018 playoffs that received suspensions, I'm shaking my head how a player, leading with his shoulder, leaves his feet, and contacts the head of an opposing player, and gets two minutes !! Now Wennberg is out for who knows how long, but Wilson is back playing in the same game.
Yet Anderson got a 5 min. major, and game misconduct ??

This crap has been happening for years against the BJs. It's disrespect coming from the league. Maybe it's only perceived - but it sure looks like it.

Last night - The last goalie interference call on the BJs was complete BS ! The player was pushed into Holtby by the Capital defenseman. But all too often I see opposing players run into Bob and the Ref just stands there sucking on his whistle.

At least they overcame all the BS and won the game. Win the next two at home, sit back and rest.

that call was horrific, I was yelling, just go on nhl.com, it's a Washington Capitals jerk circle, clearly it's all self explanatory the nhl wants them in the second round vs Pittsburgh....because you know...ratings.
